Space Down Under LLC is based in Portland Oregon, specializing in Historical Structural Restoration. Encouraging the use of living space under your home, raising the equity in your real estate whilst saving green space within the city. Preservation of our older and historic homes, the superior craftsmanship and the first-rate materials used to construct these homes is, unfortunately, unlikely to return.

We pride ourselves on the craftsmanship and quality of our work.  After spending over a decade in high-end finish carpentry, we like to bring that attention to detail to every job.
